K&S WORKER — ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Customer Service
* Respond politely and promptly to customer enquiries.
* Provide accurate information about products, prices, availability and delivery.
* Assist customers in choosing suitable K&S products.
* Follow up with customers when necessary.
* Handle complaints professionally and report serious issues to management.
2. TikTok & Social Media
* Assist with TikTok Lives according to the assigned schedule.
* Present K&S products confidently and professionally during Lives.
* Answer questions from viewers and encourage engagement.
* Help promote products, offers and new arrivals.
* Keep the K&S social media pages active by assisting with content when required.
* Never make claims about K&S products that have not been approved.
3. Sales

Minimum Qualification Requirements
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
* SHS leaver is acceptable.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Must be honest, responsible and hardworking.

* Must be willing to learn and follow instructions.
* Basic ability to read, write and use a smartphone.
* Previous experience in sales, customer service or social media is an advantage but not required.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The employee will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of K&S, including customer service, receiving and processing orders, packaging products, organizing stock, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with TikTok Lives and product promotion.
The employee is expected to provide excellent customer service, handle company products and money responsibly, follow instructions, maintain a professional attitude, arrive on time, and support the smooth running of the business.
The employee must be honest, hardworking, respectful, reliable, willing to learn, and able to work independently when necessary. Any issues involving customers, stock, payments, or company property must be reported to management promptly.
