1.Visit households and businesses to introduce Dr. Bingo Waste Services 2.Register new customers and explain our waste collection services 3.Build good relationships with community members 4.Identify potential customers and new service areas 5.Follow up with interested customers 6.Collect customer feedback and report 7.Promote the company’s services within assigned communities 8.Support customer retention by maintaining good communication 9.Keep simple records of customer leads and sign-ups 10.Work with the operations team to improve service delivery

1.SHS certificate or higher 2.Good communication and interpersonal skills 3.Ability to speak and interact confidently with people 4.Must be willing to work within Amrahia and surrounding communities 5.Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision 6.Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage (but not required)
