Responsibilities
Identify and recruit prospective loan clients.
Conduct client assessments and process loan applications.
Educate clients on loan products, terms, and repayment procedures.
Monitor loan utilization and repayment performance.
Follow up on overdue payments and support loan recovery efforts.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements & Skills
Shs certificate or diploma
computer literacy (ms word, excel, outlook, internet, and smartphone applications)
good communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work independently and meet targets
customer service and sales skills are an added advantage
