Company Driver

LICENCE C Safely transport company staff, goods, materials, and equipment. Deliver and collect items according to assigned schedules. Conduct daily vehicle checks and report faults promptly. Keep the vehicle clean, secure, and in good working condition. Observe all traffic laws and company safety procedures. Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel, and vehicle usage. Ensure goods are properly loaded, secured, and delivered to authorized persons. Obtain waybills, delivery notes, or acknowledgements where required. Protect company vehicles and property from loss, theft, or damage. Report accidents, breakdowns, delays, or incidents immediately.

LICENCE C Required Skills for a Company Driver Valid driving licence appropriate for the assigned vehicle. Good driving skills and knowledge of road safety regulations. Basic vehicle inspection and maintenance skills. Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and navigation. Ability to safely load, secure, and transport goods. Good time management and punctuality. Ability to maintain trip, fuel, mileage, and delivery records. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow instructions, waybills, and delivery procedures. High level of honesty, integrity, and responsibility.

LICENCE C Minimum Qualification – Company Driver Minimum of Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) / Junior High School education. Valid Ghanaian driving licence appropriate for the class of vehicle. Minimum of 2 years' professional driving experience, preferably with commercial/company vehicles. Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and road safety regulations. Clean or satisfactory driving and safety record.
