• Educational Degree: A bachelor’s degree in education (B.Ed.) or a bachelor's degree in a specific subject area paired with a postgraduate teaching certification or diploma. • Pedagogical Training: Training in curriculum development, child or adolescent psychology, and instructional methods. • Certification or License: State, national, or regional teacher registration/certification (such as Qualified Teacher Status or local government teaching licensure). • Supervised Practice: Prior classroom teaching experience or student-teaching placements under a mentor.
