Responsibilities
-Lead guided tours to historical, cultural, and recreational attractions in and around Accra.
-Welcome and assist local and international guests.
-Provide engaging and accurate information about Ghana's history, culture, and landmarks.
-Ensure guests have a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience.
-Coordinate tour logistics, including transportation and timing.
-Answer guests' questions and provide excellent customer service throughout the tour.
Requirements & Skills
-Excellent spoken English (additional languages are an advantage).
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Friendly, professional, and well-presented.
-Good knowledge of Accra and major tourist attractions in Ghana.
Ability to work independently and manage groups.
Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
-Must be a native English speaker.
-Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Must have good knowledge of Accra and surrounding areas.
