Responsibilities

Assist clients with French communication, travel planning, cultural information and translation when required. As a tourist guide, provide professional and informative tours and help visitors discover local culture, history and attractions. As a personal assistant, support clients with scheduling, travel arrangements, correspondence, bookings and day-to-day administrative tasks. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, reliability and excellent communication at all times.

Excellent spoken and written French and English; strong communication and interpersonal skills; teaching and presentation abilities; knowledge of French language and culture; customer-service skills; organization and time-management skills; ability to plan tours and travel itineraries; translation and interpretation skills; computer literacy; professional, reliable and adaptable; ability to work independently and with international clients.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

Qualification in French, Languages, Education, Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field. Relevant professional experience in French teaching, tourism, customer service, translation, guiding or personal assistance is an advantage.
