Waiter and Waitress Needed Urgently

* Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Take customers’ food and drink orders accurately. * Serve food and beverages to customers. * Explain menu items and make recommendations when needed. * Ensure customers receive the correct orders. * Check on customers during their meals and respond to their needs. * Clear and clean tables after customers leave. * Prepare and arrange tables before service. * Handle customer requests and complaints politely. * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area. * Assist with billing and payments when required. * Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members. * Follow restaurant rules, hygiene standards, and safety procedures. * Maintain a professional appearance and good customer service at all times.

Minimum qualification: JHS / SHS * Must be 18 years or above * Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is an advantage but not required * Must be neat, clean, and well-presented * Must be hardworking, punctual, honest, and reliable * Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required Good communication and customer-service skills * Friendly and respectful attitude * Ability to take orders accurately * Good teamwork and coordination * Ability to work under pressure * Good listening and attention-to-detail skills * Basic understanding of food hygiene * Good time management * Willingness to learn and follow instructions * Professional and positive attitude
