Mackerel Cous Cous (Recipe as shown on front of pack) Place the cous cous in a bowl. Cover with boiling water and stand for 30 minutes. Drain thoroughly and add to the couscous in a bowl together with diced onion, fresh parsley, tablespoon of lemon juice and salt & pepper.A light meal or starter.
