Sales Representative / Sales Promoter

1. Sales & Customer Development Visit shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, open markets and wholesalers to promote and sell company products. Find and develop new customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers. Introduce products, prices and promotions to customers. Follow up on customer orders and support repeat sales. Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company. 2. Market & Distributor Support Visit assigned market areas regularly and understand customer needs. Check product availability, pricing and competitor activities. Report market information and customer feedback to the Sales Manager. 3. Product Promotion & Merchandising Help ensure products are properly displayed in shops and supermarkets. Support the company in opening new sales points. 4. Promotion Activities & Store Support Participate in promotional activities, product sampling and consumer campaigns. Work as a product promoter / sales promoter at supermarkets, shops and events when required.

Experience Previous sales, retail, promotion or customer service experience is preferred. FMCG experience is an advantage but fresh graduates and motivated candidates are welcome to apply. Skills & Requirements Good communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, confident and comfortable talking to customers. Willing to visit different shops and markets. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Responsible, hardworking and target-oriented. Basic English communication skills. Basic ability to use WhatsApp and a smartphone for work reports. Working Requirements Willing to work in markets, shops, supermarkets and promotional events. Willing to travel within Accra and, when required, other areas. Must be comfortable with field sales and promotional activities.
