High quality seedlings of coconut , currently we have two varieties :dwarf(3 yrs for bearing fruits) and the hybrid (4 years to bear fruits ) .
for few plants i can recommend the dwarf variety but if full time plantation then the hybrid variety is highly recommended .because the hybrid the older it gets the bigger the fruits unlike the dwarf ,moreover the need more labour in maintaining by staking them .the life span of hybrid is also higher than the dwarf.
