Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to visitors and clients professionally. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails. Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting arrangements. Handle customer inquiries and provide basic information about the company's services. Maintain office records, files, and documents. Receive and distribute correspondence and deliveries. Assist with administrative and clerical duties. Ensure the reception area is neat and presentable at all times. Support management with day-to-day office activities.
Requirements & Skills
SHS Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, customer service representative, or in a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal and customer service skills. Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email applications. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Shs certificate, diploma, or degree in business administration, secretarial studies, or a related field. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is an advantage.
