SHS Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, customer service representative, or in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email applications.
