2. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Business Development officer shall perform, but not be limited to, the following duties:
A. Client Relationship Management
• Respond to client inquiries professionally via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Follow up with prospective clients and existing customers.
• Maintain proper records of client communications and engagements.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, demonstrations, and presentations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve minor client concerns promptly.
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients.
B. Marketing & Business Development
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns.
• Promote the company’s products and services both online and offline.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
