Responsibilities
Customer Service Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide information about products and services. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns. Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized shop environment. Sales Support Assist customers with purchases and product selection. Process sales transactions accurately. Promote products and special offers where appropriate. Support efforts to achieve sales targets. Event Support Assist with the preparation and setup of events and promotional activities. Support event logistics and customer engagement during events.
Requirements & Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly and customer-focused attitude. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Honest, reliable, and punctual. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Previous retail, sales, customer service, or shop experience is an advantage. Basic computer skills are preferred
