The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the organization by coordinating administrative activities, maintaining records, facilitating communication across teams, supporting events and programs, and ensuring that operational processes run smoothly and efficiently. The role serves as a central point of coordination across multiple functions, helping leaders, teams, volunteers, and stakeholders stay organized, informed, and aligned.
Requirements & Skills
Administration & Operations Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities and operational processes. Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems. Prepare reports, presentations, and operational updates. Manage calendars, schedules, and meeting logistics. Ensure administrative procedures are followed consistently. Coordination & Communication Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate communication across departments, teams, and volunteers. Track action items and follow up on outstanding tasks. Assist leadership in ensuring priorities and initiatives are executed effectively.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Qualifications Strong organizational and administrative skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
