Requirements & Skills
Educational requirements bachelor's degree in human resource management, business administration, psychology, or a related field. Skills strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Knowledge of labor laws and hr policies. Recruitment and interviewing skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Attention to detail. Leadership and teamwork skills. Proficiency in microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint) and hr software.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Previous experience in HR, administration, or recruitment is often preferred. Experience with payroll, employee relations, or performance management is an added advantage.
