Waitress Bar Staff Needed

* Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Take food and drink orders accurately. * Send orders to the kitchen and bar, ensuring timely service. * Serve food and beverages efficiently. * Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer requests. * Maintain knowledge of the menu and promotions. * Process customer payments accurately. * Keep the dining area clean, organised, and presentable. * Set up and clear tables before, during, and after service. * Assist with opening and closing duties. * Work effectively with the kitchen, bar, and management team. * Follow all food hygiene, health and safety, and company policies. * Report any customer complaints or maintenance issues to management. * Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude. * Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned by management.

Requirements & Skills * Previous experience as a waitress or in customer service is an advantage but not essential, as training will be provided. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. * Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to assist colleagues. * Good organisational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively. * Honest, reliable, punctual, and hardworking. * Basic numeracy skills for handling customer payments. * Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. * Must live within close proximity to East Legon. * Must have the legal right to work in Ghana.
