Cement and Iron Rod Loaders Needed

Load and unload cement bags and iron materials from delivery trucks, storage areas, and customer vehicles safely and efficiently Operate front-end loader equipment to lift, transport, and move bulk cement and iron materials to and from storage areas Stack and organize cement bags and iron materials in the shop warehouse following proper storage procedures to maintain inventory order Deliver cement and iron materials to customers as requested, loading them into dump trucks or trailers (never into pickup truck beds) Perform daily equipment inspections of loader machinery, checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and mechanical condition

High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 2 years of experience operating loaders in the cement or building materials industry Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to operate and service front-end loader equipment safely and efficiently Physical ability to perform walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree Ability to read, write, and speak English Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills Excellent work and safety record Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as required Basic understanding of plant operations and cement loading/unloading procedures

High school diploma (10th grade pass) or equivalent is the minimum requirement Alternatively, 8th grade pass with 2 years of relevant experience in the cement/building materials industry OR 9th grade pass with 1.5 years of relevant experience in the industry OR 10th grade pass with 2 years of relevant experience operating loaders Minimum age: 20 years old Preferable: Heavy Motor Vehicle Driving License (valid driver's license)
