- Troubleshoot computers, printers, software issues - Help staff with login, email, system errors - Set up new computers, phones, and accounts for new staff *2. Network & Systems* - Keep internet, WiFi, and local network running - Maintain servers, backups, and databases - Ensure systems are updated and secure *3. Security* - Protect department data from viruses, hacking, data loss - Manage passwords, antivirus, firewalls - Control who can access what files / systems - Enforce IT policies *4. Software & Hardware* - Install and update software - Repair or replace faulty hardware - Manage licenses for software like Microsoft Office, antivirus - Keep records of systems, passwords (securely), and repairs

*1. Education Requirements* - Diploma / HND / Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field *2. Technical Skills (Hard Skills)* - *Hardware & Software:* Installing, troubleshooting, maintaining computers - *Networking:* LAN/WAN, WiFi, TCP/IP, routers, switches - *Operating Systems:* Windows, some Linux / MacOS - *Security:* Antivirus, firewalls, data protection, backups - *Systems:* Microsoft Office 365, email systems, Active Directory - *Database & Basic Coding:* Basic knowledge of SQL, maybe Python / HTML is an advantage - *Cloud & Servers:* Knowledge of Google Workspace, cloud backup, basic server admin *3. Soft Skills* - *Problem-solving:* Can find and fix issues quickly - *Communication:* Can explain technical things in simple language
