Responsibilities
1. Source and onboard active crypto traders, merchants, and high-volume clients.
2. Guide each client through funding (Ghana Cedis deposit), first trade, and ongoing OTC/futures activity.
3. Be the client's dedicated point of contact, fast responses are the core of the job.
4. Hit monthly volume and client-onboarding targets.
5. Feed market and product insight back to the team.
Requirements & Skills
1. 2+ years in sales, business development, or crypto/OTC trading.
2. An existing network of crypto traders or merchants you can activate quickly (major advantage).
3. Genuine understanding of crypto, stablecoins, and how traders think about price, spread, speed, and settlement.
4. Strong communication and a hunter's mentality; fully comfortable being measured on results.
5. Based in Accra and able to start immediately.
6. Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and operate with integrity and customer focus.
6. Experience in fintech, cryptocurrency, or digital payments sales is highly beneficial.
7. Crypto Trading, OTC trading, and cryptocurrency skills.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

The Sales Business Development Executive is a full-time, hybrid role based in Accra, with flexibility for partial work from home. Bitnormous, a global crypto trading platform with fast Cedis funding, is hiring an Accra-based sales & business development executive for our OTC and futures desks. Onboard high-volume traders, get them funded and trading, and grow the volume with uncapped commission. Best fit: you already have a trading network to activate. The ideal candidate will own the growth of trading volume on our OTC and futures desks. You will bring on and manage high-volume traders and merchants, get them funded and trading on Bitnormous, and grow their activity month over month. This is a revenue role: your success is measured in live trading volume, and your earnings grow directly with it.
