Responsibilities
Facilitate classroom sessions with children using engaging, interactive teaching methods.
Implement course content effectively according to curriculum standards.
Monitor and assess learners' progress and provide appropriate feedback.
Maintain discipline, order, and a child-friendly learning environment.
Work collaboratively with team members and report to supervisors.
Requirements & Skills
Must love working with children and have a strong sense of responsibility.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
Ability to learn new content and teach it confidently after training.
Must be punctual, disciplined, and presentable at all times.
Basic numeracy and arithmetic skills are essential.
Computer literacy is an added advantage.
Previous teaching or facilitation experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Minimum qualification: shs certificate or diploma (diploma in basic education or early childhood education is an advantage).
Minimum Experience
