Preparation of the School timetable, allocation of duties and teaching load of the teachers.
* Plan the year’s academic, hold staff meetings at least once a month, review the work done during the month and assess the progress of the pupils.
* Supervise classroom teaching and secure co-operation and coordination amongst teachers of the same subject areas
*Marking of Lesson Notes, checking attendance
*Instilling discipline

* The applicant for the role should be a certified trained teacher with a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from a recognized university
* At least 10 years teaching experience at a reputable private school with 3 years in a leadership role (school management and administration).
