Security Guards and Supervisors Needed

Controlling access to the community by screening visitors and preventing unauthorized entry. Keep an eye out for any suspicious individuals or activities and take appropriate action if needed. Identify risks and take steps to prevent incidents before they occur. Acts as a deterrent, discouraging criminals from targeting the community. Enforce community rules and regulations, ensuring residents follow appropriate protocols. Monitor activity through regular patrols and surveillance equipment.

Professionalism Punctuality, proper uniform, and grooming. This promotes an image of reliability. Calm, respectful demeanor. Guards should avoid attitudes or aggression. Adherence to protocol and post orders. Following security procedures consistently. Communication Skills Strong verbal and written communication. Guards need to coordinate with residents and staff effectively. Ability to diffuse tense situations through non-confrontational language. Previous experience as a security guard, Experience working in gated communities or residential settings specifically. Familiarity with the environment and culture. Experience handling various security challenges - unauthorized access, disturbances, petty crimes, etc is a plus

Completed shs satisfactory criminal record check must be able to work a variable shift schedule including night shifts
