Security Guard Supervisor Needed. Must Know How to Ride the Bike

1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of security officers. 2. Monitor attendance, punctuality, shift schedules, and duty assignments. 3. Ensure compliance with security procedures and site regulations. 4. Conduct routine patrols and inspections to identify security risks. 5. Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate security records. 6. Respond promptly to emergencies and report incidents to management. 7. Ensure professional conduct and discipline among security personnel.

1. Previous experience in security supervision or a similar role is an advantage. 2. Should be able to ride a bike and have a valid license 3. Ability to manage a team, resolve conflicts and respond to emergencies. 4. High level of integrity, alertness, and professionalism.
