Responsibilities
Store Attendant Roles & Responsibilities
1. Customer Service
- Welcome and assist customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend products.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally.
2. Sales
- Process all customer purchases.
- Prepare quotations when required.
- Confirm prices before completing sales.
- Upsell suitable packaging products.
3. Stock Management
- Arrange products neatly.
- Check stock levels regularly.
- Report low-stock and damaged items.
- Receive and count incoming stock.
- Ensure products are stored properly.
4. Cash & Payments
- Receive cash and MoMo payments.
- Confirm payments before releasing goods.
- Issue receipts where required.
- Record all sales accurately.
- Balance cash and MoMo at closing.
5. Order Handling
- Pick and pack customer orders correctly.
- Confirm quantities and product specifications.
- Ensure paid orders are properly identified.
- Follow up on orders awaiting collection.
