Responsibilities ​We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of kitchen hygiene and supporting the culinary team to ensure efficient meal preparation and service. ​Key Responsibilities: ​Sanitation and Organization (Keep the kitchen clean): Maintain rigorous standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen. This includes washing all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment, as well as thoroughly sanitizing all work surfaces, storage areas, and flooring at the end of each shift. ​Ingredient Preparation (Help prep ingredients for cooking): Actively assist the Head Chef and cooks with essential food preparation. This involves washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning a variety of ingredients

The ideal candidate must be absolutely Reliable, ensuring punctuality for all shifts and a consistent commitment to carrying out all assigned duties diligently. ​We require a candidate who is Respectful and courteous, possessing excellent interpersonal skills to work harmoniously within the kitchen team, communicate effectively with service staff, and adhere strictly to management instructions.
