Scavi & Ray Lambrusco spumante is made from 100% Lambrusco grapes, cultivated, pressed, and bottled in the hearts of the Emilia Romagna region. It is a bright purple blend with violet reflexes on the rim. A fruity note appeals to the nose with intense jammy fruit aromas of black berry and elderberries. The palate is clean with sweet berry notes creating a juicy taste sensation.
