Operations Supervisor

Operations Supervisor – Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of all three branches, ensuring smooth and efficient business activities. Supervise and coordinate branch staff, including sales personnel, storekeepers, and other operational staff. Monitor sales activities and ensure branches meet their sales and operational targets. Coordinate stock management across all branches, including receiving, issuing, transferring, and replenishing electrical products. Monitor inventory levels and work with branch teams to minimize stock shortages, overstocking, and discrepancies.C Conduct regular stock checks and investigate variances between physical stock and record. Coordinate movement of goods between branches and ensure timely delivery of customer orders. . Monitor staff attendance, performance, discipline, and productivity. Prepare regular reports on sales, stock levels, branch performance, and operational issues for management.

Minimum Requirements - At least 2 years’ work experience. - Good communication and leadership skills. - Ability to supervise staff. - Good knowledge of sales and stock management. - Basic computer skills. - Ability to work under pressure. - Knowledge of electrical products is an advantage.
