Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pre-trip vehicle checks & daily log.
2. Execute route, follow Stop Numbers, hit delivery windows.
3. Conduct door-to-door sales, collect leads, and grow WhatsApp groups.
4. Weigh, price transparently, ensure MoMo payment, etc.
5. Pack/load/secure crates; follow reverse-loading rule.
6. Log delivery status, payments, exceptions in the order tracker.
7. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance needs.
8. Follow SOPs, use discount rules, and support pilots/experiments.
Requirements & Skills

1. 1+ year field driving/sales experience or 2+ years working in delivery/market trade.
2. Smartphone user (whatsapp); basic numeracy.
3. Punctual, high integrity, customer-friendly.
4. Able to lift 20–30kg crates.
5. Valid id (ghana card); driver license if available.

Operate Honeyguide tricycles to collect produce, sell door-to-door and deliver pre-orders. Responsible for safe driving, on-route sales, basic vehicle checks, data entry into Operator App/Google Sheets/WhatsApp, and adherence to SOPs.
