Responsibilities
Safely transport students, staff, and school materials as assigned. Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off of students and staff. Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the vehicle at all times. Carry out basic daily vehicle checks (fuel, oil, water, tyres, brakes, etc.). Report any mechanical faults promptly to management. Observe all road traffic regulations and school safety policies. Keep accurate records of trips and fuel usage. Assist with errands and official assignments when required. Ensure students’ safety during boarding and alighting. Maintain discipline and professionalism at all times.
Requirements & Skills
Must have a valid Ghana Driver’s Licence (Class C or higher). Proven experience as a professional driver (school or institutional driving preferred). Good knowledge of Accra and surrounding routes. Ability to drive carefully and responsibly. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Physically fit and medically sound. Honest, reliable, and trustworthy. Ability to work under minimal supervision. Good time management and punctuality. Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is an advantage.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Minimum of bece/wassce certificate. Valid driver’s licence. At least 2 years driving experience. Police clearance or good character reference (added advantage). Must be between 25 and 50 years of age.

3 years
