Responsibilities
Overseeing community outreaches and coordinations.
Venue bookings, attendance tracking across zones, coordinating between cell secretaries and the pastoral team. Frees you from admin so you can focus on vision and preaching.
Generating a lot of outreach content, broadcasts, and now video for the City Church launch — a dedicated person to manage the content calendar, editing, and distribution would multiply your output.
Requirements & Skills
Proven cell leadership experience (has led and multiplied at least one cell)
Strong relational/people skills — able to mentor multiple leaders at once
Basic reporting discipline — comfortable submitting weekly summaries
Locally based in or near Accra
Spiritually mature; walks in Prayer Dew and UHC's values consistently
Minimum Qualification Requirements
WASSCE holder minimum — spiritual maturity and cell leadership track record matter more than formal education here. Diploma/Degree is a plus but not required.
Minimum Experience
1 year
Event planning/coordination experience
Vendor negotiation and budget management skills
Strong on-the-day execution — calm under pressure
Good communication for RSVP management and guest coordination
