Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities - Attend to customers and assist them in choosing suitable electrical products. - Explain product features, prices, and usage to customers. - Process sales, payments, and customer orders accurately. - Maintain proper arrangement and cleanliness of products and the store. - Check stock levels and report low or damaged stock. - Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally. - Assist with online and phone orders and confirm customer details to reduce failed deliveries. - Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements & Skills - Basic knowledge of electrical products and accessories. - Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work well with customers and a team. - Good numeracy and basic computer skills. - Honest, reliable, and willing to learn. - Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
