KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Engage customers and drive sales

• Accurately process sales using the POS system
• Keep products and the sales area well organized
Requirements & Skills
REQUIREMENTS
• WASSCE/SSCE, Diploma, or vocational training
• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred
• Retail, electrical, appliance, electronics, or hardware sales experience is an advantage
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated
• Willing to learn and take initiative
• Comfortable using a POS system
Minimum Qualification Requirements

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred

King of Kings Electricals is looking for energetic, confident, and results-driven Sales Personnel to join our team.
We need people who can actively sell, not just wait for customers to walk in. You should be able to understand customer needs, recommend suitable products, upsell, cross-sell, and help customers find the right solutions.
This is NOT a sit-and-wait sales job. We want people who take initiative and are motivated to achieve sales targets in our walk-in customer sales fields. You don't need to look for your customer, work with walk in customers and sell and upsell to them.
Performance based bonus up to 1000ghc if you can hit your target
GH₵ 1,000 - 1,500
