Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to customers politely
Process cash, card, and mobile money payments
Issue receipts and manage the POS system
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Coordinate with Hair Braiders
Keep the cashier area clean and organized
Balance daily sales and submit reports
Requirements & Skills
Experience in customer service or cashier role is a plus
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented
Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
Basic computer/POS knowledge
Must be punctual and well presented
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Shs / high school certificate (wassce/sssce)
basic english communication skills
basic math skills for handling cash
previous customer service or cashier experience is an advantage (but not mandatory)
