A two-component, flexible, cementitious, and elastomeric waterproofing membrane from MC-Bauchemie designed to prevent dampness, mold, and water leakage. It is used for sealing concrete and masonry, offering high resistance to positive and negative hydrostatic pressures for bathrooms, water tanks, foundations, and balconies.
Composition: Supplied as a two-component system (24 kg powder + 8 kg liquid).
Flexibility: Crack-bridging capability, usually up to 2mm, and highly elastic.
Application: Applied via brush, roller, or spray in two coats, with a total wet film thickness of at least 1mm for the first coat.
Substrate Requirement: Must be applied to damp (pre-watered), clean, and solid surfaces.
Properties: Resistant to alkalis, non-toxic, and suitable for contact with water, making it ideal for swimming pools and potable water tanks.
