Marketing Assistant - Female

Key Responsibilities * Promote the company’s products and services to farmers and agribusinesses. * Visit farms, shops, markets and communities to identify potential customers. * Follow up with customers and build strong business relationships. * Assist with social media marketing and promotional campaigns. * Prepare and distribute flyers and other marketing materials. * Receive customer enquiries and provide accurate product information. * Support sales activities and work toward assigned sales targets. * Collect customer feedback and prepare basic marketing reports. * Help organise farmer training programmes, product demonstrations and promotional events. * Perform other marketing and administrative duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills * Good communication and customer-service skills. * Confident, respectful and able to work with farmers and businesses. * Basic knowledge of social media marketing. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Honest, responsible and willing to travel for field marketing. * Previous experience in sales, marketing or agriculture is an advantage.
