The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proficient in accounting software, and possess excellent communication skills:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient use of resources
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including financial statements, invoices, and receipts
- Manage accounting and tax issues, including preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and tax returns
- Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting clients
- Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a retail or construction industry
- Proficient in accounting software.
- A good understanding of our tax system and filing of returns
