The LG UP8000 is a higher-end version of the LG UP7000, and both TVs perform okay overall. They each have the same features, but the UP8000 is a bit better in a few areas. It has better reflection handling and a quicker response time, so motion looks better. Also, the UP8000 can remove 24p judder from any source, while the UP7000 can only remove it from native 24p sources.
