Responsibilities
Upload, review, and maintain products on the Shopwice catalog.
Research products and verify specifications before publishing.
Write and improve accurate product descriptions.
Create and manage product attributes such as colour, storage, size, capacity, RAM, and compatibility.
Set up and review product variations correctly.
Assign the correct category, brand, product line, and collection.
Add and update product pricing accurately.
Review bulk product uploads and correct failed or incomplete imports.
Identify duplicate products, attributes, and inconsistent catalog data.
Ensure product information matches the correct model or version.
Work with the image team to ensure the correct images are assigned to each product and variation.
Regularly review existing products and correct catalog errors.

Minimum Qualification Requirements
Diploma, HND, degree, or equivalent practical experience.
Previous experience with e-commerce, product uploads, catalog management, or online retail is an advantage.
Experience with WooCommerce, WordPress, Shopify, Jumia, or similar platforms is an advantage.
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Basic understanding of CSV or bulk product uploads is an advantage.
Good written English.
Good internet and product-research ability.
Able to work full-time on-site in Adabraka, Accra.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Catalog & Product Data Specialist to manage the quality, accuracy, and completeness of products published on the Shopwice marketplace.
This role goes beyond simply uploading products.
You will be responsible for ensuring that product names, descriptions, specifications, attributes, variations, categories, brands, collections, pricing, images, and other catalog information are accurate before products are made available to customers.
We use bulk-upload and catalog automation tools to speed up product creation. Your responsibility is to review, correct, enrich, and maintain the resulting catalog data.
The goal is simple:
Every product published on Shopwice should contain accurate, useful and properly structured information that customers can trust.
