QA,QC Project Certification

Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products. Ensure compliance with established quality standards, specifications, and operating procedures. Perform final product certification prior to packaging and dispatch. Verify product traceability, including serial numbers and QR code records. Investigate quality issues and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and documentation within the ERP system. Conduct internal quality audits and support ISO 9001 compliance initiatives. Work closely with the Production, Projects, Warehouse, and Installation teams to ensure consistent product quality and continuous process improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Wood Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within a manufacturing or construction environment. Sound knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems. Ability to interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and product specifications. Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and report-writing skills. Experience using ERP systems is required; ERPNext experience will be an added advantage.
