Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily car wash activities.
Manage staff schedules and performance.
Ensure equipment is functioning and arrange maintenance when needed.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Keep accurate daily sales and operational reports.
Requirements & Skills
Must live at or around Achimota (eg Taifa, Tesano ,Ofankor, Alajo etc)
Must have proven experience in a similar role (Car Wash or related field).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work early hours, long hours and weekends
Minimum Qualification Requirements
English proficiency
SHS Graduate
Proficient in using a computer
Minimum Experience
2 years
