Requirements & Skills
Basic Requirements • Education: WASSCE / SHS minimum for retail sales, Diploma or Degree (Marketing, Business, Communications) is an advantage for corporate sales • Experience: 0-2 years for entry-level, 2+ years for Sales Rep / Executive roles. Experience in any customer-facing job counts • Valid ID and good command of English — plus local languages is a big plus • Ability to travel for field sales roles
