Responsibilities
Market and sell the company's land, houses, and other real estate products and services.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Conduct property inspections and client presentations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent Relic Casa Ltd professionally at all times.
Requirements & Skills
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in marketing, sales, or a related profession.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
