Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Drive company vehicle to distribute Dano Milk products to customers
Sell products directly to shops, retailers, and new customers
Meet daily and weekly sales targets
Maintain good relationships with existing customers
Identify and develop new sales opportunities
Collect payments and properly account for all cash received
Keep accurate records of sales, deliveries, and stock
Ensure proper handling and safe delivery of products
Maintain cleanliness and basic condition of the vehicle

Valid driver’s license, B or C
Good knowledge of local routes and markets
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Honest, trustworthy, and accountable (especially with cash handling)
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to meet sales targets
Physically fit and able to handle loading/offloading
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Shs certificate with at least 2 years experience in driving and/or sales (fmcg experience is an advantage)
