Recruiting Product Salesperson

1. Develop new wholesale clients at markets in and around Achimota, visiting local apparel shops to promote our men’s underwear and printed short-sleeve shirts to store owners. ​ 2. Negotiate wholesale terms, prices and order quantities, sign cooperation intentions and secure bulk purchase orders. ​ 3. Follow up order execution, track goods delivery, collect payments from clients on schedule; only fully settled sales count toward sales commission. ​ 4. Keep daily sales logs, sort customer information, report daily order volume, payment status and market feedback to the supervisor every workday.

1. Good oral communication and negotiation skills, able to communicate smoothly with local Ghanaian shop owners. ​ 2. Familiar with markets in Achimota and surrounding areas; candidates with existing clothing store customer resources are prioritized. ​ 3. Hard-working and physically fit, capable of walking around markets for long hours every working day. ​ 4. Honest, reliable and trustworthy, strictly report order status and payment situation without concealing information. ​ 5. Able to follow work arrangements actively and feedback problems encountered in sales work in a timely manner.
