The Zs1125 Changfa Diesel Engine has a manual start with an alternator. Here are some tips for starting a diesel engine:
Position the key
Put the key into the ignition and turn it to position two. Wait for the coil to go out, then crank.
Use a quick start spray
Spray the quick start product into the injector terminal union without activating the glow plugs.
A diesel engine's starting system provides the torque needed to get the engine to rotate between 150 and 250 rpm. The starter motor rotates the flywheel, which turns the crankshaft and starts the piston movement.
Diesel engines work by compressing air, injecting fuel into the compressed air, and igniting the fuel with the heat of the compressed air. Diesel engines don't have spark plugs.
