Equipment Management: Adhere strictly to the Protocols for checking out, verifying on-site, and checking in all robotics kits and laptops.
Operational Discipline: Use the systems in place for smooth session completion.
Professionalism: Represent the company professionally at school sites and during interactions with parents and staff.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in training sessions for professional development and assist in training new staff members.
Requirements & Skills
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in robotics (specifically mBot/Makeblock) and block-based coding (mBlock/Scratch).
Teaching Ability: Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to children in a fun, accessible way.
Integrity: High level of accountability; you will be financially responsible for the equipment assigned to you.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using mobile applications for operational rollout and tracking.
Location: Must be able to travel to designated school sites.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
A diploma or degree in computer science, engineering, education (science/ict), or a related stem field.
Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or working with children is highly preferred.
Demonstrable interest or experience in robotics and coding.
Must be a self-starter comfortable with an independent contractor (commission-only) status.
