- prepare payroll report on behalf of your company every month using the approved employee entitlements and submitting it on time to your organization.
- compute the correct amount taking into account ssnit, paye deductions, bonuses etc
- prepare pay slips to personnel either electronically or on paper on monthly basis.
- process taxes and employee benefits (tier 1 and tier 2 of ssnit and tier 3 if applicable) on monthly basis.
- making payment for statutory deductions on behalf of you the client (taking cheques and making paying on behalf of your).
- keep track of compensation benefit rates, new recruitment information etc
- prepare employee yearly returns and file at the tax office for your company and the staff.
- assist with payroll related issues during audit by external organizations such as ghana revenue authority, ssnit etc.
