Personal Security/ Protective Escort

Provide personal security and protective escort during scheduled outings, events, restaurants, shopping and travel. Remain alert to surroundings and identify potential safety concerns. Accompany clients safely when entering and leaving venues. Stay nearby and accessible throughout assignments without interfering with private activities. Coordinate with the client’s driver regarding pickups, drop-offs and safe departure. Assist with crowd awareness and maintaining appropriate personal space around clients. Maintain confidentiality regarding clients’ accommodations, schedules, movements and personal information. Respond calmly and professionally to unexpected situations and help remove clients from potential conflict or unsafe environments. No unauthorized guests, alcohol or drug use while on duty.

Professional, alert and dependable personal security professional needed for a visiting couple in Ghana. Must have experience in personal protection, security, or protective escort duties. Must be punctual, discreet, physically capable, observant and able to identify potential safety concerns. Strong knowledge of Accra and surrounding areas required. Must have excellent communication skills, professional appearance and good judgment. Must be comfortable accompanying clients to restaurants, events, nightlife venues, shopping and other outings. References and identification required. Background/security vetting preferred.

Minimum SHS/WASSCE or equivalent. Previous professional security, military, police or recognized private-security experience strongly preferred. Security training/certification preferred. Must provide valid Ghana identification and verifiable references. Applicants currently working with or previously trained by a licensed Ghanaian private-security organization are preferred. Some qualifications are lenient.
