Security Guard Responsibilities Patrol assigned premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment. Monitor and control access to buildings and restricted areas. Prevent unauthorized entry, theft, vandalism, and other security breaches. Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents. Observe and report suspicious activities or unusual occurrences. Conduct routine inspections of the property and security equipment. Record daily activities and prepare incident reports. Assist visitors, employees, and clients with security-related inquiries. Enforce company rules, safety procedures, and security policies. Work closely with supervisors and emergency services when necessary.

Minimum Qualification Requirements Minimum of Senior High School (SHS/WASSCE) certificate or equivalent. Must be 18 years or older. Previous security experience is an added advantage (not mandatory). Physically fit and medically sound. Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Good moral character with no criminal record. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Must possess a valid Ghana Card or other acceptable national identification.
